1-WEEK KICKSTART ASSESSMENT

That’s right, a full week of discovery and self awareness. 

Because sustainable transformation starts with autonomy and the willingness to get real with yourself.

So many people are running on autopilot, completely disconnected from how they’re fueling, using, and moving their bodies.

If you’re not genuinely aware of the mindset, choices, and habits contributing to your current state of health, it’s impossible to know exactly what needs to change.

During your Kickstart Assessment week, we dedicate seven full days to getting to know you. Together, we observe your daily habits, ask strategic questions, and gather essential information about your mindset, nutrition, activity levels, lifestyle patterns, and baseline health metrics.

Through the signature Kickstart intake and check-in forms, we collect key health, nutrition, lifestyle, biofeedback and body composition data that reveal how your daily choices impact your mind, body, metabolism, and overall wellness.

We also conduct a posture and functional movement assessment to identify muscle and skeletal imbalances, movement limitations, and patterns that may be affecting your health, mobility, and ability to perform everyday activities.

This process allows us to deliver the most personalized recommendations and ensures your transformation journey is strategic, intentional, and 100% tailored to you – so you see the best possible return on your investment.

WHAT TO EXPECT

This week is an observation phase only.

You will not receive corrective coaching feedback during the week, but every submission will be reviewed and acknowledged.

All Kickstart Assessments begin on Wednesday and conclude the following Tuesday. This timing is intentional and strategic. 

Because the assessment spans several days and includes the weekend, it’s important that you are fully prepared to participate and complete all required tasks for the entire period. Please do not sign up for this assessment unless you are ready and committed to completing the daily actions outlined below.


Day 1 – Getting Started (Wednesday)

Daily Actions:

You’ll complete the following in-app intake forms and questionnaires:

  • Personal Information, Goals & Expectations
  • Disclaimer & Waiver
  • Health History Questionnaire
  • PAR-Q
  • Nutrition & Supplement Questionnaire
  • Lifestyle & Activity Questionnaire
  • Functional Health Questionnaire

Time required: approximately 45 minutes total

Forms can be completed throughout the day- not all at once.

  • We will also schedule your 30 minute virtual posture and functional movement assessment.

Food journaling is not required until Day 3. However, you may start journaling earlier, if you wish. 


Day 2 – Baseline Data (Thursday)

Daily Actions:

You’ll submit the following, in-app:

  • 12 baseline photos ( to observe static posture, muscle, body composition)
  • Baseline body measurements
  • Baseline body composition data from your smart scale

Days 3–5 – Observation (Friday-Tuesday)

Daily Actions:

  • Fasted morning weigh-in + screenshot.
  • Complete and submit AM Check-In with biofeedback (2–5 minutes total/day)
  • Full food journaling throughout the day for ALL meals, snacks, drinks with calories
  • Complete and submit PM Check-In with biofeedback (5-10 minutes total/day)
  • Wear an activity tracker and/or log steps/movement

AFTER THE ASSESSMENT

At the end of the assessment, you’ll attend a one-hour Recommendations Consultation. This is typically scheduled for the Wednesday or Thursday following completion.

During this session:

  • Your collected data is reviewed.
  • Patterns and observations are discussed.
  • Factors helping or holding you back are identified.
  • Personalized recommendations are outlined across mindset, nutrition, training, movement, and lifestyle.

You’ll receive your recommendations in PDF format following the consultation.

These recommendations are yours to keep and apply independently – no further commitment required.

If you want added structure, accountability, and support to implement everything more effectively, coaching recommendations and options will be discussed during your consultation.


PREREQUISITES

Mindset

Health is true wealth – and you are your primary health care provider.

To get the most out of the Kickstart Assessment, you must be willing to:

  • Prioritize your health.
  • Be 100% honest in all check-ins and journaling.
  • Complete the daily actions outlined in the What to Expect section,

Devices & Tools Required

Smartphone or Tablet (iOS or Android)
Required to access the Everfit coaching app – your central hub for:

  • Assessments and submissions
  • Messaging and check-ins
  • Tracking tools and resources
  • Community forums, challenges, and leaderboards

Bioimpedance Smart Scale (RENPHO or Equivalent)
Required for daily weigh-ins and body composition tracking.

Bioimpedance scales provide insight into:

  • Muscle mass
  • Body fat
  • Water and other key metrics

No tool is perfect – consistent morning use matters more than precision. Trends over time reveal how your body responds to nutrition, movement, training, recovery, and lifestyle habits.

I personally use and recommend the RENPHO Bioimpedance Scale for its affordability, reliability, and ease of use.
Equivalent scales are acceptable if they provide similar metrics.

Activity / Step Tracker
Used to establish your baseline NEAT (non-exercise activity) during the assessment week.

Compatible with:

  • Apple Health / Apple Watch (or compatible devices)
  • Google Fit (or compatible devices)
  • Fitbit
  • Garmin

Use of a pedometer and manual entry of steps with photo proof is acceptable.
Direct syncing is preferred and required for leaderboard challenges.


Flexible Measuring Tape
Required for baseline body measurements.
