Kickstart is a guided four-week experience designed to help you understand your current starting point, build awareness, begin creating healthier practices, and receive personalized recommendations for your next steps.
It is more than a one-time consultation or generic fitness assessment.
Kickstart gives us the time and space to look at your habits, movement, nutrition, lifestyle, goals, challenges, and current routines so your recommendations are built around your real life.
Week 1 focuses on observation and assessment. This is followed by three weeks of Community Coaching access, in-app guidance, habit tracking, education, and personalized recommendations to help you begin putting your plan into action.
Kickstart is included with all Virtual and In-Person Personal Training & Coaching packages.
It is also available as a standalone experience for anyone who wants more awareness, direction, and a clearer path forward before deciding whether ongoing coaching or training is right for them.

HOW IT WORKS
WEEK 1: OBSERVATION & ASSESSMENT
Week 1 is about getting to know your real life, your current habits, and your personal starting point.
You will complete your onboarding forms, submit baseline information, track your normal routines, and complete your one-hour Functional Movement Assessment & Training session.
This session can be completed virtually or in person.
During the session, you will learn the main functional movements and abilities we train, including squatting, hinging, pushing, pulling, stepping, carrying, bracing, balancing, getting up and down, and moving with greater awareness and control.
π Complete your personalized health, lifestyle, nutrition, movement, and goal questionnaires.
πΈ Submit baseline photos, measurements, body weight, and smart-scale information if available.
π Begin food journaling, wake-up check-ins, bedtime check-ins, and activity tracking.
πͺ Complete your one-hour Functional Movement Assessment & Training session.
This is not a pass-or-fail test, and it is not about being perfect.
The goal is to understand where you are now so your recommendations can be realistic, appropriate, and built around your actual life.
Please do not try to suddenly eat perfectly or become more active than usual during this week. Honest information helps create better recommendations.
WEEK 2: PRELIMINARY RECOMMENDATIONS & HABIT TRACKING
During Week 2, you will begin receiving preliminary nutrition, movement, training, and habit recommendations through the app.
These recommendations are designed to help you begin taking action right away without overwhelming you with too many changes at once.
You will continue to:
π Complete your daily wake-up journal and check-in
π Journal your food and beverages
π Complete your daily bedtime journal and check-in
πΆ Track your daily activity and movement
ποΈ Track workouts or training sessions, if applicable
π Notice what feels easy, challenging, helpful, or unrealistic
This gives you time to begin practicing, ask questions, and discover which areas need the most support before your final recommendations are delivered.
WEEKS 2 & 3: THE KICKASS PATH, PILLARS & PRACTICES
Over 14 days, you will receive daily in-app lessons introducing the Kickass Transformation Path, Pillars, and Practices.
You will learn how your daily choices can affect your health, energy, mood, movement, metabolism, recovery, confidence, and quality of life.
π§ You will learn about the Kickass Transformation Path:
Autonomy β Awareness β Alignment β Abundance β Altruism
π± You will explore practical health, lifestyle, nutrition, movement, recovery, and mindset practices.
π You will complete a short daily reflection to help you identify what you are already doing well, what may need attention, and what small actions could make the biggest difference for you.
These reflections help you build awareness while also helping us better understand your habits, mindset, readiness, challenges, values, and priorities before final recommendations are delivered.
WEEK 4: FINAL RECOMMENDATIONS & NEXT STEPS
At the beginning of your final week, you will receive your personalized recommendations directly in the app.
Your final recommendations are based on your intake information, baseline data, food journaling, check-ins, activity tracking, movement assessment, reflections, goals, preferences, and early response to your preliminary recommendations.
Your recommendations may include guidance around:
π₯ Nutrition, hydration, meal structure, and nutrient sufficiency
𦡠Movement, mobility, balance, strength, and functional training
π Daily activity, step goals, and habit-building
π΄ Sleep, stress, recovery, and lifestyle routines
π― Your most important next actions and priorities
You will also receive guidance on the type of support that may be the best fit for you moving forward.

There is no pressure to continue.
Your Kickstart recommendations are yours to keep and use, whether you decide to continue with Kickass Transformations or take what you learned and move forward independently.
WHAT YOU WILL NEED
To get the most out of your Kickstart Assessment, you will need:
π± A smartphone, tablet, or computer
You will use the Everfit coaching app to complete forms, access resources, submit check-ins, receive recommendations, track progress, and communicate throughout the process.
π A way to track daily movement
An Apple Watch, Fitbit, Garmin, phone-based step tracker, or simple pedometer is helpful for tracking your daily movement and activity.
π A flexible measuring tape
This is used for baseline body measurements.
βοΈ A smart scale, if available
A RENPHO or similar smart scale can provide useful trend information such as body weight, estimated body fat percentage, water percentage, and muscle mass.
A smart scale is helpful, but it is only one piece of the picture. Your photos, measurements, habits, movement, energy, sleep, strength, confidence, and overall wellbeing matter too.
π» For virtual Functional Movement Assessments
You will need a device that can join a video call, a small clear area to move, and a stable setup where your full body can be seen.
You may also be asked to have a broomstick or dowel, a sturdy chair or bench, and a few rolled towels available. Detailed instructions will be provided before your session.
