VIRTUAL PERSONAL TRAINING

Before applying for Virtual Personal Training, you must complete a Kickstart Assessment. This is a requirement.

Virtual Personal Training is for those who want real-time coaching, guidance, and accountability during their workouts.

This is our highest level of virtual support, combining live coaching sessions with daily in-app guidance and structure.

All sessions are 55 MINUTES and conducted virtually via Microsoft Teams.

PARTNER TRAINING OPTION

Partner Training is a great option for two individuals who want to train together while sharing the cost of coaching sessions.

Sessions are designed to be completed together, so both partners are expected to attend and use each session at the same time. If one partner is unable to attend, the session will still be considered used.

Our training is built around functional movements that support real life, with exercises that can be modified based on individual strength, ability, and experience.

To ensure the best experience and results, both individuals are required to complete the Kickstart Assessment prior to starting.

SCHEDULING & SESSION POLICY

All sessions must be scheduled and confirmed in advance to ensure availability. Once your application is received, we will contact you to coordinate your session dates and times.

A minimum of 24 hours’ notice is required to cancel or reschedule a session.

Late cancellations or missed sessions will be forfeited.

Sessions are valid within each 4-week billing cycle and do not carry over. While we will always do our best to help you use your sessions, this cannot be guaranteed.

Consistency is key to your results. This structure is designed to support your progress, accountability, and commitment.
